About the card
1. Loyal customer card (furthermore – Card) is a special discount card for purchases in Olimpia shopping centre (furthermore Olimpia).
2. Card is available to anyone who considers himself/herself a loyal Olimpia customer.
3. Special offers are available only to the cardholders.
4. Card discounts do not sum up with other discounts offered in Olimpia.
Advantages
1. Card ensures discounts at Olimpia stores, restaurants and service providers.
2. Cardholders receive special discounts, as well as one-time monthly offers. Monthly offers are sent by e-mail as well as they can be found in Olimpia.
3. Cardholders, who have agreed to receive news by e-mail, are the first ones to find out about the special offers, promotions, new stores and events in Olimpia.
How to use the card
1. Making a purchase, please, show the card at the cash register in order to apply for the discount.
2. Stores which accept the Card are marked with special Card sticker at the entrance.
3. You can register for the Card and fill in the registration form at Olimpia s/c helpdesk or at www.olimpia.lv
5. Card can be purchased with 50 % discount, if at the moment of registration receipts for at least 25.00 Ls for purchases made in one day are presented. The goods and services may be purchased at any of Olimpia stores, except Rimi Hypermarket.
6. The Card can be received free of charge, if at the moment of registration receipts for at least 50.00 Ls for purchases made in one day are presented. The goods and services may be purchased at any of Olimpia stores, except Rimi Hypermarket.
7. If the Card is lost or you want to cancel it, please, call 67065600 or write at olimpia@olimpia.lv
8. Renewal fee for lost card is 1.50 Ls.
9. The personal data of the Card holders will be used only for statistics purposes and information distribution about special offers and upcoming events. The personal data protection is guaranteed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Latvia.
10. Applying for the Card you confirm that you are aware and accept the rules and conditions of the Card use.
11. Olimpia reserves the right to change the rules and conditions for the Card and special Card offers.
